Are the workshops online or in-person? +
Both! Yoga sessions are available online via video call and in-person (Hyderabad). Diet consultations and community sessions are primarily online so women across India and internationally can join.
What is the batch size for each workshop? +
Each batch accommodates up to 20 women. This is intentional — large enough to create a rich community sisterhood, small enough for Dr. Raga to give meaningful personal attention. This is not a mass programme — it's a curated cohort.
Do I need prior yoga experience? +
No — all workshops welcome beginners. The yoga is adapted to each woman's current fitness level, health condition, and goals. You do not need any prior experience.
What does the consultation fee cover? +
The ₹1,000 consultation fee covers your initial 1:1 session with Dr. Raga Deepthi where she reviews your health history, goals, and recommends the most appropriate program. Workshop fees are separate and discussed after the initial consultation.
Are the Prenatal and Postnatal programs safe? +
Absolutely. Every yoga sequence, nutrition protocol, and supplement recommendation in both programs is specifically designed for pregnancy and postpartum safety. We work alongside your OB-GYN — never as a replacement. Dr. Raga Deepthi has specific expertise in prenatal nutrition, gestational diabetes prevention, and postnatal hormone recovery.
When can I start the Postnatal program after delivery? +
We recommend starting from 6 weeks postpartum (or as advised by your doctor). The program is suitable anytime up to 18 months postpartum — it's never "too late" to heal and recover. Nutrition and community support begin immediately; the yoga practice is introduced progressively at your own pace.
